Italy is moving towards increased specialization of hospitals and establishing volume controls which balance hospital activity with hospital and physician performance management.
This tour is a forum to explore current developments in the Swedish and Canadian health systems. This study tour is of interest to healthcare leaders in health services research, policy, administration, government, academics and the corporate sector.
The Canadian College of Health Leaders collaborated with the Australasian College of Health Service Management to offer a study tour to Australia and New Zealand in 2012. The tour included Melbourne and Sydney in Australia, and Auckland in New Zealand.
